My dear friend and musical partner Nancy LaMott is considered by many to be one of the premier interpreters of American popular standards of our generation. I had the great fortune to arrange, music direct and most importantly play the piano for her stage, TV and recording work for eleven years: from cabaret shows at Eighty Eights in Greenwich village to the Plush Room in San Francisco, plus theaters in Amsterdam and Paris, Carnegie Hall, Tavern On the Green, the famed Algonquin (sold out months at a time), multiple appearances on Good Morning America and Today, and twice at the Clinton White House. |

Chronically ill for most of her life with Crohn's disease, Nancy died in 1995 of uterine cancer, but her legacy lives on in these six recordings. We are excited to report that after 7-1/2 years, her CDs are available again! Click here. Click on the thumbnails below to view more about the individual records. |
